Scope of Services

Melopia provides recruitment facilitation, visa assistance (tourist and transit visas), and travel consultancy services, including flight ticketing.

Recruitment Facilitation: We connect job seekers with employers in the UAE. Final employment decisions and legal contracts remain between the candidate and the employer.
Visa & Travel Services: We assist clients with visa application procedures and flight arrangements. Final visa approvals are subject to UAE Immigration policies and government authorities.

User Responsibilities & Document Accuracy

As a user or job applicant, you agree to:

Provide accurate, truthful, and up-to-date personal information, CVs, passports, and legal documentation.
Refrain from submitting fraudulent documents or misleading employment histories.
Comply with all applicable UAE labor, residency, and immigration laws.

Fees & Payment Terms

Any consultancy or service fees for travel and visa services must be paid through agreed-upon official channels.
All fees for recruitment and placement services strictly follow UAE Labor Law regulations.

Limitation of Liability

Melopia strives to provide seamless and reliable services, but we shall not be held liable for:
Visa rejections, delays, or entry bans imposed by UAE government authorities.
Airline schedule changes, flight cancellations, or delays beyond our control.
Decisions made by third-party employers during or after the recruitment process.
